I know this thread is real old but here are some pics of my install I did today of A godspeed intercooler I got off ebay. I did the headlights first was much easier that way. also the Bolts for the I/C were 13mm not 12 like the how to says. the worst part for me was drilling the damn holes. found out after i got the stock one off i didn't have bits, so i threw it back on and got some cheap bits. deffinatly want to measure and mark very carefully otherwise it won't line up or will we crocked like mine is a lil bit.

bumper off with crashbar, can see the 2 plastic clips on the styrofoam. and front crashbar bolts
Another w/out bumper, can see top crashbar bolts, and where the bumper would screw on to the bottom black plastic and top.
Stock without crashbar. Can see the 4 bolts holding the IC on
