I bought the S&P A/C delete kit and it came without directions. Installation was straight forward but I've decided to add a few comments to help out future buyers.
First you park your car on a level surface, set parking brake, chock the rear wheels, jack up the front passenger side of the car, take off passenger rim, disconnect negative battery cable, do not hold in hand, place on ground, light fuse and get away. Now all the safety stuff out of the way we can get down to business.
Here is what comes with the kit. A belt and a pulley, how easy could it be?
Have your ac emptied by a professional, it's legal that way.
First you remove the Stock P/S A/C belt, you need a 15mm box wrench to get the tensioner to relax enough. At this point I removed my "Hot side" intercooler hose, this will help later on.
Next you need to disconnect the 2 connectors that go to the A/c pump. One on the end of the pump opposite of the pulley and another on the top. The one on the top has a gypsy connector that you need to push the red tab to one side then press down on the "thumb" tab. Now there are just 6 bolts to take off, AKA the hard part.

The above pictures show 4 of the bolts you'll need to take off. 2 hold the A/C hoses on, and 2 hold the pump to the bracket. The A/C hoses are 10mm and the bracket bolts are 1/2. The A/C bolts will require a foot long extention. Only dodge would mix and match. Take the 2 bolts off the bottom as well. I found it's impossable to get any ratchet down there so on the A/C bracket I used a box wrench.
After you get the bolts off, you need to pull some of the Gypsy magic to get the A/C pump out. I don't have any pictures that are child friendly of the pump removal. I slid it out where the hot side I/C pipe was.
Now you have a empty A/C bracket. You might have noticed a unused screw hole in your bracket, that's where the new pully will go.

First, take a tap and clean out the threads because anything you've ever driven through is in that hole. I don't remember what tap it is. Sorry. Now take the pulley, put some locktite on it and thread it in to the hole, it's a 13mm bolt. Tighten it all the way down until it lines up with the other pulleys.
You're ready to put the new belt on. It's about 1 1/2" shorter than the other belt if you were to stretch them out with your fingers. It took me about 5 minutes to realize how the belt goes on. I did figure it out and paid a whole lot of money for this digital drawing of the belt.
Now you need to figure out if you want to take off the condenser. I didn't so I ziptied all the hoses up and wiring to other wiring. I'm just doing this until I can get the insurance to pay for the pump that was damaged by a fire my car was in.
Have fun. Drive safe. Take it to the track.
