Next Under the hood Disconect the Pink Line Ging to the Stock Surge valve
Next Remove your stock Surge valve
then put on your block of plate(sorry for the Lossy Pic)
next split the PCV line coming off the throttle body
then T into the line like so
then run it down to the BOV like this
Then all thats left is to tun it to your specific application
what i have to put in the block plate (picture miss) and where i put the pink line in the final picture i don't see where it has to be

ok... make the T like in the picture and just cap off the pink line and lay it some where outta the way. It goes to nothing...
ok the pink line is crap. get rid of it cap it off or cap it off at the solenoid. the red line has to be connected to your hard pipe. and the line for the greddy comes from tapping into the trottle body using a "Y" or "T" connection to the bov. i hope that helps you out. but honestly get the blockoff plate and make sure you have some RTV silicone on and around the block off plate. and check all of your vaccum lines and intercooler hoses and check for boost leaks if your loosing boost. but the nut only loosens the part of the valve stem. to loosen the blow off valve you have to use a allen wrench then use the screw to tighten it up in place , thats all the screw is there for... im going out side right now and get pics to show you visual always helps me out on explaining things thats how i learn i hope this helps you man.
ok screw the pics really its dark as hell and trying to take pics is a paing in my ass. but i will in the morning get pics for you . i tried... lol winter time cuts into my daylight

well bud at the time yes and no. i have pics but not for the catch can specificaly. its 4:14 am i had to run for food, but come in the morning time i will post pics for you and explain how to put a catch can on for ya! as for loosing boost. check all your boost lines you have hard pipes for hot and cold? that helped with my boost, plus im running a bigger intercooler. but vaccum lines, blow off valve, intercoolerpipes, block off plate. you have the block off plate installed right? cuz i did not have mine in and i lost boost substantionaly its the best way is block that thing off and take off the stock bov if you have not done that allready. check all of that stuff, i can also show you how to make a boost leak tester it may cost you a lil time and about 15$.

i will include that tommorow with pics on the catch can it can probably help. adjusting your blow off valve ill put stuff up for that as well

ok so my main question is... Its something I have done while installing the bov that has made me loose boost. So if i keep tightening things and reinstalling them eventually ill fix it? Or could it be something like my bov is bad......
ok i just realized this. you have greddy type "S" blow off valve. now i remember on my type "S" there are two nipples for vaccum lines on mine.
see the pic? a larger one and a smaller one. the larger one is the one you connect to the throttle body. the small one i would cap it off. well i tired to cap mine off and well its so small it kinda broke this is a pic i found on ebay to show you what im talking about. make sure you have RTV around the flange to the blow off valve to help seal it, ohh yes. see on this pic
the screws around the bov tighten them down too. just to make sure nothing is loose. second if you have the block off plate make sure you have that sealed properly. but the best bet to see where your loosing boost. is make a boost leak tester and check for air leaks for possible bost leakage. also the valve on the blowoff valve helps with discharging the air, could be adjusted to your specs. loosen it allmost all the way up. or tighten it all the way down. i have my type "S" loosened up like in the second picture. loosened all the way means more of that screw showing. tightening is where less of that screw on the top is showing. t when i tightened it the bov did not make any noise. when i loosened it up it made a noise. i hope that helps you more. if that does not do the trick let me know. ill tinker with my stuff to help you out
first you will need a catch can, 4 clamps, and 4 feet of 3/8inch hose i bought at auto zone. pep boys did not carry any nor did o"rileys. ok there is a hose that runs from your valve cover to the throttle body. its kinda ridgid and like plastic the stock hose it. thats whay i bought the 4 feet of hose.
this is a pic of the valve cover where the stock hose is. the stock hose runs under the intake manifold and connects to the throttle body here
you can see where i put the new hose on with the clamps. but once you take the hose off you want to place your catch can where its most convenient for you. as you can see in my pic here i mounted it to the battery tray where my cold air intake connects.
as you can see i bought a cheep 20$ can i don't want to quite spend 100$ for a can to catch oil. but when i bought the can i put RTV silicone around the connections to the can to make sure there is no air leaking and its perfectly sealed. on the pic the left hose went to the valve cover. the right hose went to the throttle body and you will be amazed after a few miles what you catch from driving.
ohh yea i also made a custom boost leak tester that might be like 30 min of your time and about 15$ to make tops if you need help on that. i also have a breather filter on the right hand side of the valve cover if you need help on that just ask me ill be glad to help my fellow SRT buddies.
