When installing a BOP you do not have to use high temp copper sealant. What I used was thick green gasket material(paper type you can buy at any local parts store). Traced the BOP on the material, cut the template, drilled holes in the gasket for the bolts. No leaks whatsoever. And as far as sticking a golf tee in the pink line, just remove the line and cap it at the soleniod. Once you go to a hard pipe and you are on stage 1 you also no longer need most of the vac lines...go to the AGP section and look at their vac line set-up. If you get a JMB with the nipple for the red line, you can remove it and use a 1/8" pipe plug to seal the hole...a BOLT will not seal properly, pipe threads and bolt threads are very different.

You didnt explain where to buy the hose from. You also didnt explain how to take the stock pipe off and install the new one. Removing the grommet for the sensor, installing the grommet onto the new pipe and using a little glue to make sure it stays on. Thats if the jmb pipe doesnt come with the sensor grommet. Some people might not know how to remove the surge valve, or where to install the block off plate. You also didnt mention using any rtv high temp copper sealant with that. You should redo the whole thing, and then maybe get a sticky. Sorry to sound critical, but every reply you had was a question.

^Yea. Im trying to find help with this, but I just dont understand these directions.. Can anyone help me out with a link or being a little specific on it?

ya i have the plate on... I found out what the problem was. I had to Cap 2 linesand now it works but it still isnt even close to being as loud as the mopar conversion kit. I mean its still quiet but it works. ive tryed adjusting the screw on the bov and it dont help much.
