you leave the one that comes from the throttlebody to the catch can alone. you follow the other line that goes between the block and battery tray that leads to your master cylinder. that is the one you "T" into and put the boost line on and route to your BOV

correct. you would need a block off plate to block the mopar blow off valve system. then install your new blow off valve on the cold side of your intercooler system.

you have to buy one or make one. if you cannot do that. then take the blue (RICE PLATE) off. then buy some silicone RTV and put silicone around the silver piece (the BOV) then bolt it to the turbo then cap off the nipple on the BOV. you might need some lock washers and flat washers because the bolts will be longer or go buy shorter ones the option is up to you.

yea if you have stock lines you wont have a line from the master cylinder to your stock bov. the vaccum/boost source is from your boost solenoids. THE PINK LINE is connected to your old mopar bov. you remove that line and cap off that bov or remove it and install a block off plate.

next you find the line that is coming off of your throttle body spacer. (the one that goes to your master cylinder) you can follow it somewhat to the master cylinder. now right at the point where the hose goes into the spacer you can disconnect that line and put in a vacuum "T" you zip tie the lines (to keep from leaking) and run new vacuum hose to your new blow off valve. your done!

this second picture is what i did until i bought enough hose to redo my whole vacuum/boost lines

ok i think i finally got it. i saw where the spacer is on the back(master cylinder) and see where the "t" is there so i would cap the top part correct and the line coming back to the throttle i would use new line correct(what size line) then that line would connect to the t(the one i would buy) and then run the other hose to the bov and the other end of the t would go to the throttle body correct? So if i were to go through with this i would only have the white line left from my solenoid from what i can see atleast. Now on your second picture i see where the old green line is capped but isnt that where you would put the new line for a manual boost controller? so then wouldn't the bottom part be capped? cause on your pic it has the wastegate line connecting to the bottom. So what i'm thinking is would i need a "T" there as well? wastegate to "T" bottom end of "t" going to the bottom part of turbo and the other end going to the old green hose used to be rite?

I just installed my blow off vavle and i have ? about it. Is it better to have the allen wrench bolt sticking out of the blow off vavle or in does it make a diffance.

anyone running the agp hardpipe kit with the turbo xs rfl?

Agp says that you no longer need the red vac line. I think I remember that being part of your overboost sensor.

Im doing my install in the next few weeks. I think I have everything I need.

The biggest thing I cant get my head around is the vac source for the new bov.

It looks like my car already has a "t" there but it didnt go to the cold side pipe

The guy that owned the car before me, had meth injec installed..

I dont think that makes a difference..
