Since I'm probably going to get a 60mm TB eventually anyway, if I can get one with dual cable tracks, I'll just get it sooner...

It shouldn't be any different in price... Maybe only $10 difference for the different cable guides.

But, yeah, my cruise contol system will end up being almost $500, once you figure in the cost of the new TB, but it gains 30 HP!

I'll put my name down on the 60mm TB, too.

No pics yet, but I drove the SRT-4 to Albuquerque and back today (230 miles each way) at around 80-83MPH. With the A/C on, the car got right at 30mpg! Cruise was great!

yeah, we saw them. whatever. who cares. It's new to me.

Also, he's the first person to do a good write-up...

Anyway, 30 mpG? I got 25 on my last tank and I was happy.

wow. Is that completely stock?

I actually picked up 1-2 mpg when I added my CAI. hmm.... A 32 mpg SRT-4??? Amazing.

Tuned, most of us know this has been done, but Neil is the first who actually did it and is willing to share the knowledge gained. I know of maybe three, but all three seemd to just fade afterwards, and had no personal knowledge, since they just gave a mechanic a check.

uh. ok. whatever dude.

your pictures don't really document the work that is needed. You just show some quick shots of the end product. I'd like to see details here.

yea i see ur point but the guy in my thread did it himself. so u guys are just brushing it off but if u would have actually read the thread u would have realized that he was asking if people needed help with their car as in going to do the work himself and that he has installed the cc on his car... so thats irrelevant here. so in this case he is the complete opposite of what u posted. i was polite at first but u guys ignored my posts and i dont like that in this particular case so i had to crash this lil rag tag buddy fest. enjoy the pics.

I am still wondering why the hell someone who by a turbo sports car and then want to set it on cruise. Just kill urself please.

u have a simplistic additude on things. get over it. u have no friends and people dont like you. so adding crusie control to ur car isnt gonna make u cool.

Wow! Why so defensive? As for not needing cruise, or you're such a good driver, you can get 30mpg, that's wonderful. Come down to my part of the world, where you drive up and down mountains, live at 7000 feet, and do it for 200+ miles at a clip at better than 80MPH. If you can do it, I'll just bow down to your steady-footedness. Until then, those of us who want cruise will have the writeup. I should have pics up this evening, and I will try to get some detail shots. Sorry to rain on your parade, but when I searched for a factory style CC install, all I got was that it would not work. Oh, and one more thing, I'm not too concerned about cruise making my car cool. If I wanted to be cool, as wonderful as the SRT is, I would not have bought a neon If you think CC is lame, then just don't post in this thread. Wow. Time to get over *yourself*, dude.

" If you look closely, you'll see a vacuum caniter, which is from a mid-90's Caravan."

haha. Awesome. Was it from a turbo van?

Thank you very much for the how-to Neil.
