Nice write-up Neil, and welcome to the SRT-4 family. Seems like a lot of the older turbo Dodge people are picking up the newer cars. I'd definitely be interested if you find out if the Mopar "Stage" computers will work with this as well.

NOt really, FW, see the Toys versions of the Stage 2 and 3 kits are suspected to have used some of the PCMs resources for the toys functions, amongst which might be the memory or other resources like processors that normally contain/control the programming for cruise.

See, the Toys PCMs are originally ones made for cars with Autostick transmissions. But Stage 1 PCMs are not.

Just so you know MoparSuperCenter(VENDOR) has this kit for $184.80, we might be able to get a group Buy Going, or with S&P Development, maybe James can get us these also.

Well, I checked and retail is like $223 for the kit. My cost, which is 10% over dealer cost is like $181.35, so he got a good deal since it included shipping!! If I use my DCX 25% off, it comes out to like $167 and some change......but I dont know if the parts dept. would let me buy 10 kits at that price!! Thena again, I should be able to buy whatever I want shouldnt I?? Ill ask em though!!!

Glad you got it working though. I dig the factory look too. Looks like I'll have to get one myself and add it to the pile of parts to install this winter.

Good job, and thanks for taking the risk.

it works on s0 check my previous post.. its been done already

that one doesn't look like it will work with our steering wheels... Why doesn't it show a lever like the one that was posted?

I wish it had the buttons as shown. To be honest, I don't understand why it has the stalk, instead of the buttons.

planetb? Wow! What a blast from the past. I don't even have mIRC installed on any of my machines anymore! Good to hear from you!

Pics are coming as soon as I have time to get them. I might take some quick ones tonight, but I won't have any close up of the TB for a little while.

I emailed LFS racing about their 60mm TB. They said they might be able to try putting a 2nd gen Neon dual cable "cam" onto an SRT-4 TB.

That would get rid of a lot of the cutting and modding.

The only thing left would be the cable housing bracket, since that isn't included with the new TB.

Perhaps we could find a part from another car with cruise that would work? Maybe a 2nd gen neon bracket or one from a PT? We just need a part # and then we can order them new...

I will look at my R/T tonight and compare the bracket with my SRT.

Maybe we can come up with an entire bolt-on cruise control parts list that includes a 60mm TB!

That'd be sweet....
