well i did mine over the weekend and can say if you DO it right. its never gonna come off didnt even move at 140+mph haha i had to test it out

I haven't read this whole thread so some one may have already said this.....

When i did this mod I had problems with the curves drooping and the ends kicking out. At first i thought it was that the tape wasn't strong enough....when actually it was because i took the slack out of the rubber when i installed it. MAKE SURE NOT TO STRETCH THE RUBBER WHEN INSTALLING IT.

This may be obvious to others but i did the mod twice because the lip seemed to be kinda twisted...and that was the reason.

Im amazed that this is still a popular thread and mod....look what i started lol. Hey if someone can do me a favor and maybe see where my old car is...aka the car in the first pics. I sold it a while ago and was trying to find who bought it but i cant

I will be doing this mod this week as well. Pics will be posted once I do.

For people who recommend using staples. Are you using the stapler off your desk? Or one of the staple-gun sizes things?
