When I did it I cut part of the lip on the drivers side where the tape applies to accomidate the bend a bit better. I didn't do that one the pass side and you can tell the difference.

On another note, I hate bugs. I should have taken the pics before I seafoamed it and ran it fast through central IL.

nice car! just got mine back from body shop... i got stripes just on hood fin and trunk... but they added a lime green pin sstripe on it that actually pissed me off so gota get that fixed but def gona do this!!

Sweet deal! I'm going to try this but just wondering if it'll match the level of the sideskirts. The front dips down low enough already. Anyone with side profile shots?

Here is the only profile shot I had. It cuts off the front of the car a little though, hope it helps.

went ahead and gave this a try last night. Unfortunately, I couldnt find the mentioned black tape and had to go with some white 3m tape and a stapler. Need to do some touch ups with a sharpie later on today.

Just did mine. But I went to Lowes casue Home Depot is like 20 miles from my house, Lowes is only 3 miles away.

is there any way to paint this with out it cracking or peeling? maybe the harder plastic version instead of the soft foam? and what kind of paint, maybe a light coating of can?
