I installed the Home Depot lip yesterday and it turned out nice. I left for work this morning which is about a 25 mile freeway ride. After I got to work I checked out the car and noticed that the lip didn't make it Anyone else loose one that quickly? I used 3m tape and I thought it was on there pretty good guess if do it again I'll have to screw it on.

you must not have screwed or stapled it up or something. i have rode my to hell and back, seen plenty of parking curbs and steep driveways and it has stuck in there through thick and thin with just 3m tape and t50 staples.

You are correct I just used the tape I didn't want to put holes in the car I should have know that the tape alone wouldn't hold up @ 70+mph.

just use staples. its quicker, easier, and all u gotta do is pull them out with a screwdriver and no one will ever know. plus im sure its scraped up anyway if its not stock height.

It's stickied. Put a link to it in your sig if you feel there's someone out there that wants to see and try it.

just did my lip today..i used the soft foam rubber...didnt really do it like the original poster, but came out really good, made it look like the car has a chin lip...also the way i did it,i went on the highway and went well over 140mph and it held perfectly fine with just high-performance double sided tape
