Help guys, i got a hole in this and i need to know what it is so i can get a new one cause it might be making my car run bad. HELP!!! it is behind the passenger side rear wheel.

its part of the evap system for fumes from the gas tank...it should not make the car run bad, but I guess it could cause a small vacuum type leak. You should be getting a p0440 or 441 or something in that number range..cel...

thanks man, i am not getting any codes but all the sudden i can't go past 5000-5500rpm and the car just shuts down, no backfire nothing. just a loss of power. and a little whistle at the front but when i shift gears it comes back on but does it again. any ideas? maybe fuel pump going out?
