Yea I never wanted to do that but I feel into peer pressure, not something I plan to do again. I would think it would just pull timing and not fuel but I could be wrong. If it does pull fuel that is gay.
There's only 1 road I'm comfortable hitting that type of speed on.. I'll be up there with new brakes, tires and shocks at some point this winter. I'll definitely do video
from my experience, it drops the fuel & timming. It basically goes into a perprogrammed default levels, as if the car threw a cell, and it goes into 7-8psi default levels. The same setting as 0 on the toys, boost levels.
Yeah, that's pretty quick. Top speed is fun stuff. Blood moving like no other. There's a road out here in cali you would love.. it's about 22 miles long. Straight as hell with no cross streets and hardly any traffic at all..if not none. No trees or distractions.. just wide open desert.
so wait the S2 pcm has a gov built in it even off pcm boost
If it does I never found on the dyno and Iam ALL PCM CONTROLED BOOST AND FUEL.
Before The e1 and port work Ionly had S2 w/toys and did top speed pull and Went past 160 pretty easy, car was a little hot after being on the dyno so thats the only top speed pul I did.
Had plenty of RPM left so 170 would not be out of the question.
Again this was on a dyno and stock it hit 155 on the street.
I can post the top speed sheet if needed .............Just got to find it
I've done somewhere in the 170 mph range with mine AGP wga controlled boost. Had it pegged @ 160 with some pull left it in it. I was in the 290 whp range when I was S2. Also my speed is dead nuts on at that speed as I have been on radar several times for the standing mile with S3 @ 160 and 161 mph. Speedo was within a mile an hour or so both times.

Here is my expierience Ive had Stage 0 150 MAX
Ive had Stage 1 ive seen a lil over 155 i do remember hittin maybe 160 for a quite second but thats about it ....
now with my Stage 3 deff 170mph + ... i can vouch for that .. ive passed my friend on his bike and he claims he was doing 160 -165 ... and he said i atleast passed him at 170 when i looked down to see the speedomter it was way past 160 and it was bouncing rapidly ... yes guys we were on a straight highway and i was only on setting 1 on the dial a boost ...
158 on stage 2 and stock 03 pcm i did it multiple times on each and they cut off at the same speed. although when i took off my stage 2 and out my stock pcm back in i didn't notice any difference in speed at all.
you can clearly see on my video, that it loses boost twice. Once when I pass the semi, & once I get to the clean straight away. Both times were at 155mph, it loses timing, and drops the boost. Remember that, because the last thing I would want, is 20+psi from a 50trim, when the fuel & timing is at 7-8psi, or default levels. it's a sure reciepe for scattered parts.
do you want to see what stg3 top speed test is like? read my sig, 175mph legal lanes changes!! Yeah I patented that!!! I almost can say, that I've hit 180mph with my skittle.
Well it's hard to argue with video proof! I could never even get my stage 2 no toys to 155 before I'd run out of road. The stage 3 has went 170 plus
