Alright, i've been wondering what the average top speed for a stage 2 w/ turbo toys is? I've heard it can reach up to 170 mph.

my stg2 with toys was limited to electronically limited to 155mph.
stg3, would pull to 6450rpm's in 5th gear. it wouldn't hit the limiter, but a ass hair away from the 6500rpm redline. don't call BS to any claims, because I have both on video. ![]() 101, yours only hits the 3 mph over, because of your 50trim, but when I heard your video where your pull past 155, yours almost sounds unhappy. The reason why, is because of the limits in the pcm. I'm curious to what your egt's and wide ban says when your hit the magic 155 window. |

stock turbo, under pcm control, is limited. here's the proof!! http://videos.streetfire.net/video/c...af00318bdd.htm notice, as I pass the semi, it almost sounds like a Jake brake. And as I hit 155 again, the boost goes to the 7-8psi, everytime. I've tested it, my friend.

Once when I pass the semi, & once I get to the clean straight away. Both times were at 155mph, it loses timing, and drops the boost. Remember that, because the last thing I would want, is 20+psi from a 50trim, when the fuel & timing is at 7-8psi, or default levels. it's a sure reciepe for scattered parts. do you want to see what stg3 top speed test is like? read my sig, 175mph legal lanes changes!! Yeah I patented that!!!
