Stage 2 question - SRT Forums

Hi all, I have the stage one upgrade now for my srt-4 and i wanted to know if it was better to spring for the stage 3 all in one shot or should i get the two first. I read the stagw two and three have different components except for the turbo toys options. I know the main difference is the larger turbo, but I'm not sure which direction to go. I would appreciate anyone's input to help me out.

not to change this subject but if anyone knows, put down a stage 2 pcu only part number too please...

I have stage 2 with toys...go straight for the stage 3. Not that 2 is bad, but it's a waste if you are going to do it anyways. It costs alot more to do it in steps.

Go to Stage 3 you don't have to get the stage 2. I have stage 2 and love it however I will soon upgrade to a AGP 50 trim turbo instead of the Stage 3. For the price of getting Stage 2 and the Stage 3 upgrade kit ($3700) you will not only be able to get a 50trim turbo but you'll be able to get the AGP fuel system too ($2700). You'll be making 450hp with the fuel kit (SAFC, 750 injectors and a 255 intank fuel pump). With Stage 2 only I'll only be able to make 340hp just bolting on the turbo. Both are wicked numbers. With the leftover $1000 you can get a new suspension setup. Trust me when you upgrade the power in this car what was firm now becomes loose. Hope I helped......

Stage 3r. No quality issues, seems like the car was built from the factory with this intergrated setup. Gotta love the factory look.

yup when i go to meets even with Stage 2, i pop my hood and people think i'm just running an exhaust....
