Question Limited Production?

I have searched th boards and can't seem to find out, but is th SRT-4 a limited production car and if it is how do you find out what # it is. I know this may sound stupid, but I really don't know.

ACR's maby 500-700 of those....

who knows. after the build ends, maby somone will come across some official build data?

No. There WILL be at LEAST 1,000 produced this year to make the ACR eligible for SCCA D Stock autocross competition.

No. There were EXACTLY 3,275 2003 SRT-4's produced, 35% of which were yellow, only 15% of which were silver. Black and red each had 25%. 03 production #'s is where my info stops. There should be someone out there w/04 #'s. Bueller?

The 03 numbers sound about right but the 04 number is a little high I think. I think the 04 numbers are more like 7000

Those #'s could be right. The source I got my 03 production #'s from last year was reliable, but it sounds like they were the planned 03 production #'s, not the final count (I doubt they'd really produce exactly 15%, 25%, 25%, 35% for each color). That 3,275 # I got (which might have been the pre-production goal) is right there w/the # you got, so could be. I also don't doubt for one second that they produced over 9,000 for '04.
srtowner, what makes you think the 04 # is more like 7,000?

That wasjust what I had read on some post on this forum. So it is in no way a offical number, the true number could be much higher or even lower. In 03 DCX was saying they were only going to produce about 5000 04's but I think they went higher than that.
