Default Don't know where to start..

My SRT-4 has been running a little rough lately so I checked for codes..

P 1187
P 0131 - O2 Sensor Low Voltage
P 0340 - Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit
P 0335 - Crankshaft Position Sensor Circuit
P 1105 - TIP Sensor Solenoid Circuit
P 0033 - Surge Valve Solenoid Circuit
P 0038 - 02 Sensor 1/2 Heat Circuit High

I have no idea where to start looking for the problem or what to fix. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Well, it is very unlikely that all of your sensors have failed. Start with grounds, then goto your PCM harness make sure it is connected properly, then make sure you don't have a splice somewhere in your 5V fed to your sensors around the transmission area.
