Boost leak

i am not familiar with turbo cars, i just wondering why when my car is in neutral and i rev it to 4000 rpm it shows 0 psi and when is on idle it vaccums 20 psi, is that normal?

Normal... you can't build boost at a stand still. You can give it gas and blow off but that's it. 20 vac at idle is normal. Mine sits between 19-21 at idle but mostly at 20.
