car is completly different. No part throttle boost so trying to pass ppl on the hwy means taht i have to floor it . Power wise the car is different as well. Power is smoother and i tend to hit the rev limiter right away as the car just wants too keep pulling and pulling. I have the limiter set to 6600 and i believe it will make power to 7k with no issues. my BW stage 3 would die off around 6100. Im gonna drive the car around more to get used of it and then i might install the .75 ar and take it from there. One odd thing that I did not expect was the spoolup noise My stage 3 sounded like a jet, this 256 barely makes any noise lol. I'll be taking some vids soon then off to the dyno.

I'll keep you guys posted. im also having problems controlling boost.... just some kinks i have to fix

The lack of nois is weird . My 256 was one of the loudest turbos I've had.

7 X2= 14psi max on spring.
Looks like you need a 14 lb spring to reach your target goals on the boost box. Also you can try to play solenoid duty cycle to get more boost out of it (not sure if the boost box has that feature).

Norcal Built, Rage-tek and Reed32 tuned
Look up tkilla srt on youtube for my vids..

im brining the car back in to change the turbine housing to a .75 too laggy for my tastings. plus ill be installing 2 springs in the wga too see if it changes my boost at all. MAN i cannot wait too get the car running perfect and at 25psi... with my ported top end this car should make some power... then off too the dyno it goes.

Ben, any plans to offer a fabbed o2 housing along with this manifold to mate to existing exhaust systems?

Ben can the delta 46 journal be converted to this setup? Would it be worth it?
