I'm about to purchase injectors, but don't know which one's will be the best for my needs. I have a T3/T4 60 trim compressor with a .48 A/R turbine housing, SAFC II, fuel pump, and want to make 400WHP (boost?)...would the 650cc or 750cc injectors be the most manageable (daily driver) with the SAFC II...thanks!!
1. Is the 50 trim the only turbo with a warranty?
2. I know the manifold is mild steal, but what about the o2 housing and waste gate dump tube? Are they at least stainless?
3. Would the 50 trim w/.63 wheel be about the same spool time as a 60 trim w/.48 wheel?
I ask, because I drive my car on the street and when I go to the drag strip, I run street trim. (mods are in my sig) So...I'll only be using my street tires for a while, at least till next year when I can afford some slicks, so I dont want a real fast spool that smokes the tires off like it does now.
I also only plan on running my Stage 2 w/toys as far as fuel goes, till later on when I can buy some fuel upgrades. So, if I stay under 20psi, I should be fine? I guess I could just put it on a dyno and see how much I can boost with only using the stage 2, till the fuels mods come.
Sorry, one more question, what is the turn around time from the time I place the order, is it the same for every kit, 50 or 60 trim?
Thanks.

All other turbos have a 90 day warranty. No, the o2 housing and dump are mild steel. Yes, they would spool about the same, but a 60 trim .48 is not recommended.
I very much doubt you can run 20psi with stage 2. Maybe 16-18 if you do a fuel pump. No one has really tried it, so I can't say for sure.
Turn around time is 4 weeks. Yes, its the same on every kit.
Thanks for the reply, I just remembered reading this.....Below 20psi, at the same boost, a 50 trim will make more power, but at higher levels, the 60 trim has a slight edge.
So....the 50 trim is for me, cause under 20psi is where I will be for sure, till I get fuel mods later down the road, then I'll up the boost!
I was noticing your bling options, will that $500 option make it look like the pics on the website?? Besides the polishing, the manifold, o2 housing, and dump tube will get coated? Which not only look great, but help with the heat, right? Does this add to the wait time?
Very, very tempting......but that could be my fuel mods...damn decisions!
Fuel system. With more air, you will need more fuel. On a stock car, we have got 310fwhp on a t3/t4 kit. It didn't have the fuel to support any more power. Larger injectors and fuel pump, along with something to control the injectors is needed. We suggest 650cc for most cases, but for larger turbos, or stage 2 cars, we suggest 750ccs.
Why do you recommend the bigger injectors for the Stage 2 cars? Can you run more boost with them cuz of the better PCM? Can I still use my toys in conjunction w/ the SAFC II? Thanks for your help. GIve me till end of summer to get some moolah and you will have a very eager customer!

The stage 2 ecu is leaned out for use with the larger stage 2 injectors, so you do not have enough adjustment with the afc with 650cc. At high boost levels, you'll have to go positive on the AFC, which is bad. So you run even larger injectors so you can dial the fuel back.
so with 650cc's and stage 1 you'd still have enough adjustment to avoid any codes being thrown, or should I just get the 750's right off the bat (due to the possibility of eventually getting stage 2)?
Start sending seized Iraqi guns one pc. at a time and we'll have any turbo kit you want waiting for you when you get back . Some nice select fire FAL's will do.
No FAL's...Romanian AK
BUT!!! I do have an Iraqi AK sling from the Chinese. Chinese stencil in one part....The other part has the rack number to the rifle it belonged to in Arabic, as well as the Republican Guards Hammurabi division seal on the other side! What can I get for that?!
