Thanks will check it out. I don't have the motor back yet or it would be a lot easier. I would just buy one and check it out.

Bump, need an answer ASAP.

I tried M8x1.25x12 and they don't seem to fit, but one of my bolts that bolt the turbo to the manifold fell out.

Is it possible to get a couple replacements sent to me?

Thanks .

So basically I need a 3/8 coarse to fix my problem. Are there any specs I should look out for? Know the size of the lock washer by chance?

Appreciate the help

Just as a future reference, I called AGP to get the info for the turbo to manifold bolts:

Full spec is 3/8"x1" grade 8 coarse thread

The old welded together log manifolds were M10x1.5 for the turbo bolts, and M8x1.25 for the wastegate bolts.

The cast manifold is 3/8x1 and 5/16x7/8 respectively.

No it doesn't. You can certainly jamb an M10 through the 3/8 holes and think it fits, but it doesn't and you will ruin the threads.

im telling you right now whn i got the mani i went thru a bolt bin to find the proper bolts to bolt my turbo down on it and the 10x1.5 was perfect...no american size even came close......i pieced together my whole kit and its a complete agp setup now except the oil feed which was made local

That's good to hear. I load the machines and I machine the manifolds here, and I know what taps are in the tool changer. You can believe what you want, but our cast manifolds have ALWAYS been 3/8 and 5/16.
