Default stage 3 delta vs stage 4 GT3076R

I have been looking at both kits and i like them both. what i am stuck on is which would make the horsepower i want only on pump 91? the horsepower i want is 400hp to 450hp. I am completely stock right now and i would like to to know what addition upgrades i would need to support the stage 4? The stage 3d i have down my research and sounds really nice but will i get the number i want on pump? I guess what it comes down to is if you had the money and you wanted to go 11sec on the drag strip which would you go with?Any info would help thanks.

You're not making 400-450 on 91 pump.
Period.

AGP stage 3 delta is available in 40lb,44lb and 48lb where the GT3076R is a 52lb compressor wheel. The garrett GT turbo is also water cooled and is dual BB. If it were me I'd get the GT3076R.

Big FMIC like the AGP Race, Big TB like the MPX 62mm, Hard Pipes, BOV like HKS Super Sequential, 3" turbo back exhaust, walbro 255 fuel pump, the bottle neck fix for the fuel pump canister, AGP fuel return line, 650cc or bigger injectors, NGK 4306 copper plugs or NGK 2315 Iridium plugs gapped to .35 or .32, some kind of fuel management system like Greddy Emanage, DTec, SAFCII, or EMS, might want to think about a new clutch too. Yeah so after you get all that on let us know

I just bought a used 3076 w 5k miles on it for $675 to go along with my built motor.
