Default running lean up top??

Im running a S3D kit with 650's with no returnline. Im pulling 15% fuel at 20psi but its still going lean up top 5000rpms and up? What would cause this maybe it time for a fuel pump and bottleneck fix??? thanks!

if youre stock pump...you 100% need a 255.

a bottleneck fix NEEDS a returnline. cant be used w/o one.

Yep stock pump And I read that on the bottleneck fix after posting this. Im pulling till about 4800rpms then the safc is Zeroed out from then on I figured it was the pump.. will that help keep it richer on the top end?

Your flutter is probably coming from the HKS SSQ. They work great at holding boost, but normal driving they don't open very easily and cause the turbo to flutter. I wouldn't worry about it.
