Question Old Style AGP Manifold Bolts.

I recently picked up a barely used AGP kit with the old style manifold. I noticed that one bolt was included, it has the hex bolt and nut connected to it. I just read over the How-To just to get an idea of the install and I believe that the kit is supposed to come with all these style manifold bolts? I also noticed that 2 other holes in the manifold seem like they need these style bolts. I recently installed a S3R kit but can't remember if the stock manifold bolts would fit or not. So should I pick up 9 more of these studs and nuts?

Here's some pictures to clear anything up. Thanks!!!

Judging from the pictures, that isnt a bolt, it is just a stud, with a rusty nut probably stuck to it, hints why the previous owner did not take it off lol. If i am correct, the OLD style manifold only NEEDS 3 studs, two in front of the T3 flange and one in front of the Wastegate flange, everything else should be fine with stock bolts.
