Quick question for Ben or Nick, I already have everything except the turbo step and some parts of the fuel step. I have 650cc injectors, afc, do I need a FPR or a return kit if I want to push 400-425hp. I bought the 650 with the idea that they were enough to handle the flow demands of the 50 trim kit. They are RC BTW.

Thanks

Brian

Return setup isn't necessary with what you've listed but there's nothing stopping you. *shrug Depends on how much you like dropping the fuel tank.

what do you think of running stage 2 injectors on a stage 0 car with your 50 trim? i'm only looking at 375- 400 hp , so 750's wouldnt really be necessary right?

You'll have to drop the fuel tank no matter anyways to install the Walbro.. So might as well do it *RIGHT* the first time

so which stage is best to run with your turbo kit? I was wanting the stage 2 because of the 3 bar map sensor, 3 bar tip sensor, extended redline, etc.

I also have the same question about what would be the best stage to go along with your turbo package. If the answer is none please let me know. Also, would any three inch intake (injen, aem, etc...) fit your turbo kit? Finally, I wanted to know how easy it is to tune in turbo kit. I am a engineer for a living so I have some skills, but this is my first project car and I don't want to screw it up. If you could give me some straightforward advice I promise not to ever ask about the damn return line that people get hung up on.

Ben/Nick/Kevin, I am preparing to order a 50trim in the next couple months.

My mods - 3" exhaust TB(no cat)/ S2 wtoys/ CAI/ SAFC2/ 255 Walbro/ Map clamp/ Large FMIC/ EBC coming soon.

Im at 295whp/340tq right now. My question is without 750cc inj/FPR kit can I safely hit 350pump / 370ish(H-octane mode) on the 50 trim with my current setup. I will be happy with this until I can scrounge more cash after the 50trim purchase.

Input appreciated!

P.S. I really want the GT40 but kinda scared of the damn thing, if you want to talk me into it!

NONONONONONO! I know this is like 2 months late, but DON'T run 17psi on stock fuel with an upgraded turbo. Please, no one reading his post get this impression. That 17psi is for the small factory turbo, not a 50 trim.

Actually my motor is just fine I am on the stock fuel system with a 50 trim I just installed this weekend running at 11psi. I'll dyno this weekend which I'll be looking to bump it up to about 15-16psi-ish (as has been done by other's locally with the same set-up) to be sitting in the 340-ish HP range.
