u were around 60-80, i think? i sometimes downshift to third at 80mph,
in your case then it means that if u were in third it would have been faster spoolup i think... niiiiiice
edit:now i saw third gear run, is it same spool up before 3500rpms????
spoolup is exactly the same in 3rd as in 4th about 3400. I have a 7000 rpm redline so Dont shift until close to 105 mph. At the track I only make it about 2/3s of the way through forth gear crossing the line at 127 approx 5900 rpm so I have another 1000 rpm left.
Also it was nearly impossible to get into third for that third gear pull. My third gear is locked out about 80 percent of the time now. Gotta fix that this coming spring.
E, when are you seeing full boost at with your D65?
honestly dude I have no clue I wont know till we hit the dyno. Aaron could prolly chime in if he has any of the logs saved. Once the turbo was installed I drove it to the track did a couple pulls on the way there to get a tune on it and then just ran it at the track. Its kinda hard to watch the spool and keep the car going straight on the street The car is waiting for the ported head which should be back in a couple weeks then I am sure we will see some dyno numbers on this bad boy.
