Default boost controller question

what air bleeds will be good to put in the Turbonetics Variable Boost Controller
i have a stage 3 delta 48lb turbo and the 30 air bleed is in there now. I read the directions but dont know what one would be good to use.

I would stick with the preinstalled bleed.
