I am posting this because a lot of people here feel that SRTforums is the best place to contact AGP. Unfortunately for myself and the other employees at AGP, we have a lot of other day-to-day responsibilities at the shop that don't allow us to live on SRTforums 24-7.
Phone
Our preferred method of contact is by phone, 9am-3pm Arizona time. If you get to the voicemail, please leave a message. You will get a call back either same day or the following morning. Keep in mind, we are very busy throughout the day helping other customers and manufacturing parts. If it's hard to get a hold of us on the phone, remember that we are giving someone else the highest level of customer support possible. You will be next in line to receive that same level of support.
Email
Our second method is by email. If you have general sales questions, please send to
sales. If you need to reach Ben, please email me directly at
ben. I am not always at the shop, but if I am I'm more than willing to help you out. Chances are that Jon would be able to help you better than I would, as he knows more about what's going on than I.
PMs
Sending us a PM is probably going to be the slowest way to get your questions answered. I'm not saying that you shouldn't PM any of us, just keep in mind that it might take us a few days to get back to you. We would prefer being called or emailed. Some of the AGP guys that patrol the forums don't necessarily know anything that is going on with orders,tracking numbers, or delivery times. They can get that information for you, however it may take them a little bit of time.
Please do not take this post as anything other than a better way for you to get your questions answered by us directly. 99% of the threads in the section are great and many of the questions here can be answered by our other customers and forums members. Please keep it up and we appreciate your continued support of AGP.
