After doing some digging because a video, and a mod list on some forum doesnt mean SHIT for proof...I finally found the honest to god answer...

Im sure this is pretty close to max and dont really intend to push it any further. Honestly, we were all a little surprised that we did what we did! 22-23 is normally what I run on the street and have the tune at about 11.5. I get the impression that people are thinking I run like this all the time . Whats surprising is that this is without a return line and on the CCA front mount. Dyno was done yesterday and I have already turned the boost back down to 22lbs. 28 was fun and all, but that would make me too nervous running it like that all the time!
Sorry for critisizing (sp) not making 500whp without a return line...it just didn't seen possible really thats all... even tho your AFR was quite a bit out of where it should of been...

well, dynos usually give a higher a/f reading. We've seen the evidence on many dyno graphs and confirmed with a wideband. Street tuned with the 116 was 12.5. Its not the optimized 11.5 that everyone wants, but 12.5 on race gas isnt totally out of the scope. Ive ran this setup many times afterward and havent had any problems.
I dont see why running 12.5 is bad anyway with race gas. My buddy has his car tuned 12.5 across the board and is running a mixture of c16/pump 93. He was telling me he didnt see knock till like 13.0. But he dont run any higher than 12.5.
