I would strongly suggest having your wideband fixed so you can keep an eye on how the car is running.

For part throttle and closed loop the air fuels will be jumping around in the 13-14-15 range.

Under wide open throttle in full boost you should be seeing no leaner than mid 11's.

i think you should sell it, ASAP!

ps-if your knocking that much, dont go WOT and find the problem

some Q's:

1. is this the first flash?
2. why are you going WOT if your WB is broken? thats a death wish.

it was a joke.

your car isnt going to run 100% the first time you flash the car. Kevin needs your feedback on fuel trims, timing and AFRs (cause every car is different) to get your car dialed in.

My car is tuned pretty damn well right now on both my pump gas map and race gas map. Im sure I could add a couple more degrees of timing on my race gas map but Im playing it safe. you'll be happy, trust me! it just takes a lil patience.

just dont be one of those guys that flashes it once, takes it to the dyno the same day and post up results and comment on how it sucks and doesnt make the power it should.

Im one of those guys who flashed it about 10 times, took it to the dyno twice, and now I wonder why it's not making the power it should but I dont believe that it is something wrong with the ECU flash. Something is causing my ECU to see phantom knock and we are just trying to figure out what it is. The other day at the track my scan gauge saw 5-6 KR on 2 gallons of 93 octane and 2 gallons of c16 race fuel. I dont think that is possible.

But anyway, the ECU flash is awesome and makes tuning easy. Part throttle tuning is dead on with the first flash and only small adjustments are needed for WOT to be dialed in. It is amazing what Kevin can do to the tune through email/phone conversation.

That doesn't sound good for me. My car ALWAYS see's knock, even when there isn't any. In a way it's good though, as it keeps my timing lower.

I'm really close to pulling the trigger on this, but your post is making me a little nervous. With my car, full of c16, and running only 17lbs of boost, I'll still see 3-5 KR, and that's with timing only in the mid 20's.

If my car was really knocking as bad as my scan gauge says it is. I'd have blown my engine two years ago.

but why? I'd rather my timing be in the low-mid 20's, then in the high 20's, or even low 30's.

False knock? My car knocks anywhere near 11's it likes to be 10.8-10.9 on pump
