AGP, I am in desperate need of your help !

I am from Canada and I installed a big turbo kit 2 months ago then I bought an AGP SCT Reflash that I sent a certified money order for, unfortunately you received it only one month later due to the shipping company problems (not your fault), ever since I installed my big turbo kit I didnt run it at all (not even once) since I have a stock PCM in it and I dont really want to risk damaging anything so the car is sitting in the garage. You guys received my certified money order on 21st April, and next Wednesday on 21st May its going to be exactly one month that you had my money order in your hands, but unfortunately you never shipped the package. Jon has all the info on the transaction. I dont know exactly what is happening with this thing but Jon told me he is waiting for some confirmation from CanadaPost, I have no idea what does CanadaPost has to do with this money order since I certified it in my BANK, CanadaPost only shipped it and they have nothing to do with the money order! Im sorry guys but I really cannot wait anymore, my car didn't run for 2 months now waiting for the reflash and everytime I call Jon I get the same answer: "No news yet". This post is not to give you guys (or Jon) crap or anything, Jon is a great guy and he helped me a lot and answered a lot of my questions, AGP is a great company and so far I was always satisfied with your products and I still am, but right now after 2 months of making calls here and there all the time and never getting real answers I start to find it annoying. This post is simply to let superiors know about this thing (if there is any) and maybe someone else can take actions in the company since I think that after such a long period of time, it starts being serious.

I would really, REALLY, appreciate a lot if I could get some info on what is happening with this thing. You guys have a CERTIFIED money order in your hands I really dont see why cant you go to the bank, cash it and send me the package, there is nothing wrong with the money order and even if there was you couldnt cash it if you tried, but I assure you 100% that the money order is valid, and waiting to get cashed. Anyway as soon as you cash it no one can take it away from you, its your money.

Jon and I will check into this on Monday. As far as I know, the check still hasn't cleared because your bank put a hold on it because it got lost in the mail, and it hasn't cleared.

This is why we are no longer accepting checks from Canada.

We'll let you know what we find out on Monday.

The CanadaPost couldnt call my bank to put the hold on the check since they have no idea what I sent in that letter (or to whom the check was made to or what bank certified it), they dont even know there's a check inside (as I told to Jon). I filed a request for a lost letter after 3 weeks of waiting since the letter was supposed to get there inside of 3 days so I was worried if it got lost, so they told me they'll contact USPS and AGP to see whats up with that and if you received it, then they sent you guys a letter saying if you receive the letter to call them and if you dont receive the letter in next 10days they will close the file (meaning they will close the report I filed and will declare it lost or whatever but they have NONE authority to cancel the check since they dont even know whats inside the letter I sent, I know it since I called them and thats also what they told me).

And I personally NEVER put a hold on the money order, so I really have no idea why it wont clear (it is supposed to clear right away as my bank told me)

Jon, you still have that paper I sent you with the money order on which its written where to ship it (NY) ???

A tracking number would be very nice since I need to make a 3hr ride to go and get the package, if you dont have it then it doesnt matter I'll just make calls everyday see when it gets in.

Either way Im very happy, please let me know!!!
