Default AGP ECU Flash Question

I can't find the answer to this on any of the threads. But I have my S1 ecu in the car with the AGP flash. If I flash it back to stock how will it run if I leave the 3-bar map sensor and the AGP TIP sensor mod attached? I figured I would at least have to put the stock MAP sensor back in, but will the car run poorly or any different if I leave the TIP mod spliced in there?

Thanks for any input.

Well it doesnt run all that great right now which is why I am doing this. I was just trying to confirm that the sensors had to be replaced and the resistors had to be unspliced everytime this was done.

Please dont run your car w/ the Stage 1 software and 3 bar MAP.

Its a very bad idea.

It will still run poorly since the TIP and MAP are not scaled the same.
