.50trim exhaust wheel - SRT Forums

I've heard of a few people swapping out exhaust wheels on their .63 ar 50trims for the exhaust wheel from the 3147 turbo kit. What are the benefits to this? Is it safe?

Actually it's not possible so I don't know how you've been hearing that.

Care to elaborate? I thought if both were .63 housings then the wheel would fit. Please explain as I'm sure you have a better answer.

It has nothing to do with the housings. Turbonetics based turbos are 3/8" shaft diameter, while our 3147 is 1/4" shaft diameter.

I'd find out from the few people that have claimed to have done this how they did it.
