Default 23psi on 91 oct?

Well while waiting for my kit to get here I decided to set a goal of the boost I want to run. I am going to be running shitty 91 oct here in phoenix. I have stage 0 computer, the AGP 60 trim kit, fuel kit, 3" turboback exhaust, CCA fmic, intake, motor mounts and all that other good lil stuff. I am going to tune on the dyno the day after I install. I just want 2 c from you experts if I can go ahead and shoot for 23psi or if I should tone it down 2 more like 20.

Thanks a bunch your help is appreciated.
Chris

ur pushing the limits with 91 octane, specially in that phoenix heat. I would turn the boost to around 18-19psi in the day... a tad more during the night.
