You can have someone reclear and wet sanded. It will look 1000x times better but some of the cracks you will still be able to see from certain angles..
Here's a few of my trunk before and after. Before ![]() After ![]() Like I said from certain angles you can still see some cracks. But I'm glad I had it fixed. ![]()

Due to the angle of that before picture you can't see all the cracks. If the pic was from the other side you would be able to tell. But for 150. It was worth to take the risk to have it fixed. But in certain spots it was bad, really bad. The whole top of the trunk had cracks. Some of the deep cracks are still there. And it was faded. I'd say mine was very comparable to the OP.
In my opinion I'd have it recleared.. It's only gonna cost you 125. Vs what ever someone is gonna charge to paint/clear it. Then you could run into it not being paint matched perfect to the rest of the car. ![]()

that trunk came out good...yeah my hood is pretty bad...I don't understand how it got like that...I really don't want to paint it...before I paint it I rather buy a stock hood but since money is an issue I thought that for $125 I could have it looking good at least...this sux man...it really makes the car look bad...ill take a pic of the whole hood so you can see better...in those pics I got really close to the cracks but either way its pretty bad...I guess the heat from the turbo kills these things on the top part...

im not sure but I know paint aint cheap...I got quoted $250 - $300 to paint my front bumper...I was blown away...needless to say I didn't do it...this is next after I fix the hood...I got the car with the evo mod done and I don't like it...bumper is cracking and paint coming off...but not paying $300 hello no!! all I have left to do on looks it fix the hood, paint the bumper silver again, and get the elw cf lip which is expensive as hell as well...and rims but that's another story lol...anyways, back on topic!!!!!

Nah doesnt take bullet proof paint. paint isnt cheap at all plus you have to pay for their utilities, the painter, any body work that needs to be done, sanding, solvents buffing compound, someone to buff it and not to mention someone to put on and remove theres alot more to it than what alot of people realize.

[QUOTE=NeOnDrAgOn;9751292]$600 to blend is good price, and costs about 300-500 just to paint a bumper at a shop!
Ok good I was gonna be irritaded, though the same shop painted my rear bumper for 400 but it was covered by some guys insurance so I paid to paint the hood while I was at it VM670 using AutoGuide.C
