Will a regular 04 neon hood fit on an SRT-4?

I thought I like to get a regular hood, cut it out and put a cowl on it. Need to know if reg. hood fits thanks!

I know I have asked this and so have several other people, can't remember exactly but I think they say it will fit 00-02 but there will be a slight gap in the front, eithe requal or just a little bigger than the stock gap
