Default Who sells vinyl tint to cover the reverse light on the tails?

Been thinking about tinting the reverse section on the tails. Who sells pre-cut covers to slap on?

Where would I find a square of the same vinyl that is used by Revolution Motorsports for vinyl eyelids...I really don't want to spend 20 to buy eyelids, and not use them as eyelids...
