ive bought from streetbadges a few times and never had any problems. its not streetbadges himself. its the shipping(company) that screws everything up.

Tell me how any sane businessman would continue to do business through a "shipping company that screws everything up". If they were the problem, he would ship through someone else.

If one person has a complaint, maybe it is an anomaly - an oversight - an enigma. If 2 or 3 people have a complaint - maybe a bad batch, a problem with the shipper, etc. If all of these people that have been claiming scam are complaining - it is a problem, an epidemic, a way of doing business that is shady at best.

It is the classic scammer situation from these forums - a few people have good experiences, word gets out, more people buy, there are delays, excuses are made, promises are made to calm down the now angry customers, finally - the individual stops communicating all together and people are out cold cash.

Weak sauce.
