Wheel well hell

Soooo...i went to installing some RFR front fender flares on my day off, amongst many other things that needed to be done...I do the driver side, BAM...it's like the car looks normal finally. Set it to the widest setting, running 225's, looks great. I make my way over to the passenger side, and come to realize that the previous owner had the car lowered too much, thus causing rubbing on the lining and cutting it almost in half. Fender flare can't be put on any setting other than a shitty one now.

My question is, where can i order an inner lining online so i can make these things work to thier full potential? Am i stuck with ordering from the dealership like a schmuck?

she just got a hold of a wrecked srt, and said she had some fender well splash shields
