Question Sunroof keeps leaking... I've about had enough of this car!

I've taken it to the dealer twice while it was still under warranty and the sunroof still leaks. I can't figure out where it's leaking from exactly. I've tried just closeing it enough so the glass is flush to the roof. Closed completely leaves a 1/4in. gap. The drains are clear water runs through them.. I'm out of ideas. Driving home from work with a wet ass all the time is getting pretty old and the car is starting to get a funk inside.

I'm thinking about just taking some home depot silicone and sealing the damn thing shut and disconnecting the switch. I never use it anyway. What else can I do I can't afford to have the whole thing replaced right now. I need tires first, I'm almost running on slicks in the front.

I was thinking of getting a body shop to weld a piece of sheet metal over the hole and be done with it. Does anyone make an insert/delete for the sunroof? Anybody got some ideas?

it really does sound like the seal..... is your headliner getting wet? You could always put a piece of cardboard up there... covering everything underneath and then see where it gets wet....
