I do all mine with a small angle grinder.

I got me an extra VC, im gna take it to work and set it up on my mill, see how quick I can get them letters off

Also have thought about this, what other 2.4 liter valve covers are out there? like the stratus? What does it look like?

Im going to shave mine, weld up the coil pack holes, move the coil pack (somewhere) use different spark plug wires (obviously) and finish my 2 port breather set up with a LS1 vac pump.

Relocating the coil pack it a good idea, longer harness, plug wires.

Some guy already did that Ghost-1 or some shit like that.

if you dont have access to a million dollar shop you can use a small router with a 1/4 carbide bit, , make sure the router height is locked in good. it will take it off in no time, then you would need to sand the entire cover once your done

danmm thats sweet, now I wanna do mine, is that WC spray paint or some other type of coating. I could never get the WC spray paint to work right (freeking flat streeks)

Carbide bit ?! Carbide willl typically 'pull and grab' aluminum, a tool steel bit would leak a better finish but whatev
