Does anyone know where to get a shaker hood kit for an SRT-4?

No, that is non-Mopar Shaker hood Scoop. He means one like the Cuda/Challengers had in 70-71. I know they make them for the Dak, Magnum, 300...... But I've not seen one specifically for the Neon. It would have to be sized down considerably and it would be very difficult to make it functional.

buy a mustang mach 1?...you're gonna need to do a lot of custom stuff to get a real, functioning shaker hood

Shaker? Honestly it doesn't flow well with the car. I know its not an SRT but its the only neon I've seen with a Shaker style hood on it. This hood was custom made:

could make a shaker hood of sorts....imagine one in the right side lower corner right where the airbox is.....could be placed there ....i dunno how it would look tho
