Looks good, I see you are in Florida though, So I Don't see any temperature extremes to deal with, I think the urethane would crack/ or paint chip, if it was subjected to real Cold weather.

You think with cold weather it would cause the paint to chip?
How much is it bent up, I mean do you really have to pull on it to bend it up?
For those of you wondering how long it takes, I just bought the washers, nuts, and bolts. I'm about to go outside and start. All the while taking pics for a step by step. Call it a lame "how to."
Parts used. . . 8m bolts washers nuts
Current time 4:53 EST DING and the race till sunset is on

I thought I had mentioned this to you at our last meet? I know I intended to, I posted in a thread by the first person to do this. But I like this way much better, you keep the bumper beam.
Hmmm. . . all i know is its an 8m set. And i suggest going with a 10m set. The 8m washer was a tad small for my taste and will probably re do it sometime with a bigger washer. As far as length. . . shorter than my pinky. And no, i'm not gonna take a picture of my finger. But unless you are an ape, you get the idea.
That looks like it's almost supposed to be.. with the holes up there being perfect length and all. Hm... I think it would look good even WITH 2 tips out the back. If only I didn't have the rear lip...
