Removing Wing....?

what size wrench do I need to take out the 4 screws to take out the wing? any tips...? THANK YOU!!

I can't remember if they are 8mm or 10mm. It's been a while. After removing the nuts the wing probably still won't come off. I had to hit the underneath of the wing up to get it off. Just do it carefully. The paint may be chipped around the holes and if you are using plugs hopefully they'll cover.

I use needle nose pliers then I used some of that spongy foam stuff they use as padding on leg curl extensions from my old weight bench,cut into squares and forced into the sockets-works perfect on mine!

they are 10mm nuts. just took mine off today.
