You can paint them easily yourself.

I painted my first set myself when my car was still white. All I did was took a good degreaser and hit the plastic. Then I used some metal polish.... sounds stupid but I thought maybe it would help "rough" up the surface just enough for the paint to adhere to. Then I went to my local dodge dealer and bought a can of touch up paint in my color. Normal price is about $16 I think? One can was enough to do both covers. Then I sprayed em using very light coats and a few minutes in between layers for the paint to tack up. They turned out fairly well with no runs. Only thing I didn't like was the textured look. Only thing you can do to combat this is sand them smooth. I didn't want to spend that kind of time on them.

VampofVegas sells them. Heard only good stuff about them. I never bought any because he doesn't make painted black ones.
