Default polished intercooler

it took me about 2hr to polish it. it turned out pretty good.

i used a die grinder with 3m roloc disk the brown and blue. then a buffing compedand last some aluminum polish

Very nice job!!! I have been toying with the idea to polish my valve cover, just to be different.

I use roloc pads at work a lot (industrial mechanic)

just keep in mind that the rough bubbly surface dissipates heat more rapidly. Don't know if the difference is enough to actually even wonder about. Looks GREAT in my opinion!!
