Oracal 651 series

Anyone gotten any kickback from a Vinyl installer regarding the Oracal 651 series Vinyl kits being sold at revolution motorsports?

no installer wants to put this srt-4 rally stripe kit on my car. They say this Vinyl was designed for flat surfaces only. This is what i was told by 2 different installers in my area. Im running out of business to do this install for me.

Ive e-mailed the people who manufactured this stuff and am waiting to hear their opinion.

what are your guy's experiences?

I did my own. It took 12 hours but it turned out good. If I were to charge someone to install it, it wouldnt be less than $200 becuase its a pita. I went all the way from the front to back though. I could do a rally kit in probably 6 hours. Just keep checking places or do it yourself. Its not hard, justtime consuming. The roof is pretty hard, so i used 4pieces. Two per side, because it curves.

most places ive seen chage about 400. but a local took his stripes to get done and the installer said they were complete crap.
