So you mean when the butt part of the back seat is removed, the actual buckle bolted to the car, you want to remove it, but it's too tight for you.

Get an impact gun or find a strong guy...?

If you can fit in some leverage, onto your ratchet...add a 1-2 foot section of pipe, or use a breaker bar. Make science work for you.

This is so hard to explain, like no one is sitting in the seat, the actual belt is tight up against the seat.., i can not pull it out at all to buckle it...its like locked or something? And when i look in the trunk, there is like no release button, which is why im so confused.

So the seat belt is in the "locked" position? Sounds like the mechanism is jammed up or something.

It sounds like the auto lock is stuck. You're going to have to take the plastic cover off the mechanism if you can and try to untangle the belt or find the jam. Needle nose pliers work well. Otherwise, you may have to replace the mechanism.
