I have a couple fans if you have a tunnel
that hood looks damn good with a powdercoated engine bay (i.e. your engine bay or mightywhitey's) but the aerodynamics have got to suffer... I'm definitely not an expert, but I just picture air hitting a wall ... rather than being routed over the car "smoothly" it penetrates through the holes in the hood, hitting the engine, firewall and anything in it's path causing more resistance
on the other hand, I'm sure the under-the-hood temps drop down a considerable amount seeing as how air is constantly cooling anything & everything under the hood & how the heat can exit the engine bay freely while at a stop
