eyelid help

hey...im looking for silver eyelids....i dont know which ones are better....what is the diifference between vinyl and fiberglass.....and how much do they cost and were to get em.....and if n e 1 has pics of fiber glass and one of vinly thast wud help.....ty

the only vendor that carries what your looking for is carbon by design. The first pair of eyelids I did was the fiberglass ones they sell. From there I went to my local dodge dealer and ordered some ps2 Paint in a can and painted and cleared them and was good to go.. I think I spent $125 all together. FYI stay away from the texillium eye lids as the resin/hardner that is used is clear when cured but has a bit of a tinge of yellow to it at the same time. It basically looks like a very old carbonfiberhood that turned yellow due to the sun

Vinyl Is like a sticker. easy to apply just hard to get bubbles and creases out. fiberglass is a hard material.

There is also a guy on ebay that sells the fiberglass ones already painted and cleared. his name is srt4designs. I think he was/is a vender on here. look him up.
