Cipherauto harness bar? - SRT Forums

Ok since cti doesn't make parts anymore I went with a cipherauto harness bar. The things fits like shit! Nothing fits up right I checked the part number and there the same. Idk if anyone on here is using of these bars but if so did you have this same problem!

Hey bro i had to bug those guys about a dozen times for instructions and when i finally got them i had figured it out, with all hardeware it comes i maybe used 4 things out of it. I went and bought bigger washers as they dont even fit through the original bolts. I called them and told them about it and they replied "Send us a pic of what you used that way we can make the parts that will work and that way you can save us money" lol if you need the intructions lmk. I can email them to you. Once it is installed i was happy, on another note if you ordered the seatbelts get ready to be pissed off as they screwed up on that too. You will notice that you will have to unthread were the ring is attached on the end, because usually this is where you have to take the ring off and make one full wrap and then thread it throw the ring to brace it against the middle support bar (just search how to wrap seatbelt harnesses).

Thanks man. I'm returning it though. Mine came with rust on it and chips of the paint gone! I was very unpleased with the quality. I too was wondering about the bolts like you use almost nothing from the bag which was ripped lol. And yep I ordered the harnesses too. Never got to mess with em but its just crazy on how there products are soo bad

just got mine in yesterday. yea mine had some rust on it too. i would like to see the insturctions b/c i mounted mine up and need to make brackets to the seats like the CTI one.

after seeing you have problems with it on Facebook I really don't know what to get lol

What size bar is that? they dont even look like they would pass any kind of race tech.

i havnt had to much time to really mess with mine since i just did a test fit. From what im reading on FB there are some other companys beging to make them for our cars and also half cages. ill keep everyone posted

finished my install here are pics of brackets i fabed up. just did exactly what CTI sold with theres

will be getting everything PC once i decide on a color

Just a heads up from a safety standpoint a harness should never be attached to the seat , let alone two seperate points the chassis and seat.
